Our Environmental Program focuses on addressing climate change and promoting sustainable practices within our community. Recognizing the critical impact of environmental degradation, we are committed to fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and resilience.
Our initiatives include climate change sensitization campaigns, where we educate the community about the causes, impacts, and solutions to climate-related challenges. Through workshops and awareness drives, we empower individuals to take action in mitigating environmental harm.
A key component of our program is seedlings management and distribution. We establish tree nurseries, nurture seedlings, and distribute them to community members, schools, and local organizations. This effort not only combats deforestation but also enhances biodiversity, improves soil health, and contributes to carbon sequestration.
By integrating education and action, CBSM’s Environmental Program creates a greener future while building a community equipped to adapt to and mitigate climate change impacts.
